By agreeing to establish a high school in 1325 and increasing the number of applicants participating in this school, the land of a thousand jerib to the nearby Mount Sufa was provided for the great majesty of the University of Isfahan.
After the establishment and transfer of the high school of medicine to the 1000-jerib area, the medical faculty was established along with the same school on November 7, 1329. In 1335, another step towards the excellence of the University of Isfahan was taken, which was the founding of a college of pharmacy along with medicine. After the establishment of the Faculty of Pharmacy, in the year 1337, the Faculty of Literature with the establishment of two disciplines of Persian and English language and literature in the palace of Prince Ibrahim, expanded fields of French language and literature (1338), Armenian language and literature (1339), Arabic language and literature (1331), History and Geography (1345), Social Sciences Department (1348), and transferring this faculty from Shahzad Abraham’s palace to the collections of 1,000 jeribs in Isfahan University in 1348.
August 1343 reminded us of the memory of the founding of the faculties of science and education and psychology in the endeavor of the continuous efforts of professors like Dr. Farooqi. At the end of 1347, with the formation of the University of Isfahan, the high school of Cyrus the Great was joined to this university, and the same year, the School of Administrative Sciences and Economics was founded at the University.
