The University of Prishtina was established by the Law on the Establishment of the University of Prishtina, which was approved by the Assembly of the Socialist Province of Kosovo on 18 November 1969. The establishment of the University of Prishtina was a historic event for the people of Kosovo as well as for the entire Albanian nation. The founding Assembly of the University of Prishtina was held on February 13, 1970, and two days later, on February 15, 1970, the solemn assembly of the Assembly was held and this date was announced the University Day of Pristina. In the composition of the newly established University of Prishtina were faculties with their headquarters in Prishtina: Faculty of Philosophy, Faculty of Law and Economics, Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Medicine. Now the University of Prishtina has 17 faculties, of which 14 are academic faculties, and 3 are faculties of applied sciences. Meanwhile, with the entry into force of the University Statute, on July 9, 2004, the rights and responsibilities of the students and the staff of the Faculty of Teacher Education and the higher pedagogical schools were transferred to the Faculty of Education.
UNIVERSITY OF BELGRADE

UNIVERSITY OF NOVI SAD
The University of Novi Sad, with more than 50,000 students and 5,000 employees, is one of the largest educational and research centers in Central Europe. It belongs to the group of comprehensive universities, which are characterized by providing nearly all fields of science and higher education.
The University of Novi Sad offers around 400 accredited study programs at the level of Bachelor, Master, Specialist and Doctoral studies, carried out at its Faculties and within its Centers for Interdisciplinary and Multidisciplinary Studies. The study programs are modern and up-to-date with the latest developments in science and research. Along with the Faculties and Centers, three Scientific Institutes have a significant role in creating a solid scientific base for the process of continuous modernization of the educational offer.
The University of Novi Sad has a well-developed research infrastructure and great potential for innovation. The Central Library and the Faculty and Institute libraries offer a rich array of publications that cover all relevant scientific areas and enable access to large electronic databases. Resulting from a special agreement on cooperation, researchers, professors and students have access to the Matica Srpska Library, the oldest Serbian scientific and cultural institution, founded in 1826, which offers more than three million publications. The University encompasses around 250 laboratories. Of special significance to the strengthening of innovativeness is the Technology Park of the University of Novi Sad. With the support of the Faculty of Technical Sciences, around 140 start-up and spin-off companies have been founded, mainly in the IT sector, employing young engineers who graduated from the University of Novi Sad. Some of these companies implement projects for large international corporations and have contributed to Novi Sad becoming recognized internationally as a “Software Valley”. Project teams and prominent researchers from the University of Novi Sad have been the recipients of numerous international and national awards for best technical innovations.
There are several accredited center of excellence at the University of Novi Sad. The BioSense Institute, formed within the Faculty of Technical Sciences, was proclaimed by the European Union as one of the thirty research institutions in Europe with the greatest potential in the field of biotechnologies. Its project ANTARES was best ranked in Europe in 2016 within the program Horizon 2020.
Students of the University of Novi Sad achieve impressive results in a number of fields. The teams of the Faculty of Law have been among the best in Europe for decades. In 2009, they won the first place in the moot court competition, which was organized by the University of Leiden (The Netherlands) at the International Court of Justice in the Hague. They have accomplished similar success, on a global scale, in 2016. The students from the Faculty of Technical Sciences, which continue the tradition of the famous Yugoslav school of robotics, have also been among the best in Europe. They won the 2nd and 3rd places in Paris in 2016 at the contest organized by EUROBOT. The students of the Academy of Arts and the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education acquire numerous awards at national and international competitions.
The Academic Culture and Art Society of the University of Novi Sad “Sonja Marinković“ is known for its successful performances at festivals in the country and abroad. Its Accordion Orchestra won the 1st prize at the World Music Competition in Innsbruck (Austria) in 2013 and is considered to be one of the best in Europe.
MOLDOVA STATE UNIVERSITY
The Moldova State University was founded on October 1, 1946 as the State University of Chisinau. Its creation was a milestone for the development, strengthening and consolidation of the higher education of the country. The MSU is a classic type of institution and its noble mission is to offer qualitative education and training of highly skilled specialists. 5 faculties were opened initially at the State University of Chisinau (Physics and Mathematics, Geology and Soil Science, Biology, Chemistry, History and Philology)

UNIVERSITY OF MONTENEGRO
The University of Montenegro was founded in 1974 representing the oldest higher education institution in Montenegro. The University has over 20.000 students.
It is the largest and the only comprehensive higher education institution in the state comprised of nineteen faculties and two institutes of science.
Since 2004, lessons and exams are organized in accordance with Bologna Declaration principles. The University is organized according to modern European universities. Its seat is in Podgorica, and units and study programs are also located in Niksic, Cetinje, Kotor, Herceg Novi, Bar, Budva, Bijelo Polje and Berane.
The University of Montenegro is a member of European Universities Association (EUA).
Day of the University is celebrated on April 29th since on that day in 1974, the Assembly has been formed that will govern the University in Titograd which is comprised of Faculty of Economics, Technical and Law Faculty, Pedagogy Academy, Higher Maritime School and Instituted of History, Farming and Institute for Biological and Medical Research. A year later, the University changed its name into the University “Veljko Vlahović“, and since 1992 its name has been the University of Montenegro. From Pedagogy Academy, later Teaching Faculty, has been formed the Faculty of Philosophy and 1978 form department of Technical Faculty, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy have been formed. In forthcoming years, the University had been through different periods of reorganization. New university units were formed, so in 1999, 25 years since its foundation, the University was comprised of 13 faculties, 4 independent scientific institutes and one a three-year-school.
UNIVERSITY OF TUZLA
The University is a public higher education institution authorized to provide high-level services
education and services in the field of scientific and research and artistic work in accordance with the Constitution,
by law and this Statute, with the aim of:
a) to gain a leading role in the field of advancing knowledge and scientific thought;
b) to achieve a leading position in the scientific, educational, artistic, cultural, social and
economic development;
c) Establish, continuously maintain and critically examine the highest standards in teaching,
continuous learning and application of acquired knowledge; 2
d) transmits and develops culture and well-founded scientific and artistic knowledge and values through
unified scientific-teaching, scientific-research and artistic work, and
e) it achieves optimum cooperation with universities and other higher education, scientific research
and other entities in the country and abroad, in order to exchange experiences,
cooperation in education, science, arts and other related fields, as well
equalizing / maximizing the standards of higher education.
(2) The objectives of the previous paragraph, as general and primary, are harmonized and applied with the objectives
and the principles contained in the legal and other regulations at the levels of Bosnia and Herzegovina (hereinafter: BiH),
Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (hereinafter: F BiH) and Tuzla Canton (hereinafter: TK), and those
defined in the Strategy for the Development of Higher Education of the TK, with full autonomy, realization
academic freedom, that is, the inviolability of academic space, and the full realization of the right to
higher education, without any legal groundless influence of the public authorities and any of them
other entities from the country and abroad.
(3) The other basic tasks and objectives of the University are:
a) the organization and conduct of university studies through teaching and scientific research,
offering academic degrees to all three study cycles;
b) engaging in scientific, scientific, research and professional work for improvement
knowledge, scientific thought and education, with the aim of strengthening the development and capabilities of individuals and society
in general as a strategic interest of BiH;
c) transferring knowledge and skills to students, improving knowledge with the goal of giving
contributions to the artistic, cultural, social and economic development of BiH;
d) providing citizens with the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of higher education throughout their lives, i
e) directing university activities, among other things, through the promotion of a democratic one
civil society, human rights and fundamental freedoms.
UNIVERSITY OF SHKODRA
The University of Shkodra, "Luigj Gurakuqi" today, with an uttermost physiognomy, is not only to show its values and to be presented as one of the most important institutions in high public education in Albania but also to show its motivation and engagement in applying its obligations as a high educational institution and to best serve to its students and other interested persons.

UNIVERSITY OF TIRANA
Today, the University of Tirana is the largest public university in the country. It is the first option for high school graduates. It consists of 6 faculties after leaving in January 2013 the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Medical Sciences (formerly the Faculty of Nursing). At the University of Tirana, around 40,000 students study in the three cycles of full-time and part-time study.
One of the objectives of the University of Tirana was its international recognition. This dream is already a reality with its participation as a partner institution in several cooperation programs of the European Commission such as Tempus, Erasmus Mundus Action 2, IPA specifically: JoinEU-SEE, Basileus, Pacinno, Eureka, Tempus Interface.
