Osaka International University (OIU) is a four-year private coeducational university located in Osaka, Japan, founded in 1988. OIU has three faculties for undergraduate programs: Global Business, International Liberal Arts, and Human Sciences. The Faculty of Global Business will introduce English-taught courses in fall 2016 for convenience of international students. OIU has more than 70 international partners and currently accepts exchange students for Japanese studies.

The Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology Graduate University (OIST) offers a flexible academic program for PhD candidates. Founded in 1874, Rikkyo University has retained its tradition of education based upon humanistic values and Christian concern for others. The university has graduated more than 170,000 students and currently operates two campuses in Ikebukuro and Niiza, both conveniently located near the Tokyo metropolitan area, with more than 20,000 students. The university offers academic programs in undergraduate and graduate levels with a wide variety of subjects throughout 10 colleges and 14 graduate schools.

Saitama University, establishedin 1949,currently has five undergraduate schools and three graduate schools.As a national research university, we have about 9,000 students including 532 international students. Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU) was founded in 2000 as Japan’s first truly international university by the "Ritsumeikan" educational academy with more than 100 years of history and tradition. APU is the only Japanese university to adopt a fully bilingual education system. English-speaking individuals may enter APU without any prior exposure to the Japanese language. The undergraduate programs are conducted in two colleges:
the College of Asia Pacific Studies and the College of International Management.

Seinan Gakuin University is a humanities-focused university with a long history of international exchange and cooperation, actively exchanging students with 46 partner institutions in all over the world. The International Division offers a one- or two-semester program running from August to May the following year. The course content concentrates on Japan, including Japanese language, culture, history, tradition, business, and politics, with all courses except the Japanese language taught in English.
