L.N. GUMILYOV EURASIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, an acknowledged academic, research, social and cultural centre, was founded in 1996 by the Decree of N.A.Nazarbayev, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The core reason for establishing this higher education institution was the idea of Eurasian Union. The university, which plays an important role Eurasian academic area, has itself initiated the process leading to the achievement of this goal.
Today the ENU is a university with special status acquired under the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and with sufficiently high international authority; it is an implementer of academic innovative technologies and continuer of the best research traditions.

UNIVERSITY OF MANDALAY

Founded 1958 as separate university. Formerly a college of the University of Rangoon, originated as an intermediate college 1923, and an Agricultural College 1938. Recognized 1964 and Faculties of Medicine and Agriculture detached as separate institutions. Financed by the Central Government and responsible to the Ministry of Education.

UZBEK STATE WORLD LANGUAGES UNIVERSITY

Uzbekistan State University of World Languages (Uzbek: O’zbek Davlat Jahon Tillari Universiteti, Узбек Давлат Жахон Тиллари Университети Russian: Узбекский государственный университет мировых языков) is one of the leading universities in Tashkent city and in Uzbekistan. The Importance of language is essential[1] to every aspect and interaction in the modern world. Language is the most important tool in contributing the knowledge and information among people and countries. Therefore, the world needs highly trained professionals, who mastered different languages, which would lead to the development of any country. "Uzbekistan State University of World Languages" has set the goals of upbringing highly trained philologist, and cover the demands for the professionals on philology field. "Uzbekistan State University of World Languages" was first established by the Decree of President of Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov in the year of 1992 on 12 May, number 401 under the base of "Republican Russian language and literature pedagogics Institute" and "Tashkent state foreign languages pedagogics institute". In recent years, the "Uzbekistan State University of World Languages" has become the best language teaching university of Uzbekistan and there are more than 15 languages which are taught at the ""Uzbekistan State University of World Languages", which are: English, German, French, Spanish, Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Italian, Korean, Japanese, Iranian, Malaysian, Polish, Indian, Turkish, Greek and Indonesian. There are 8 faculties which give lessons in different subjects of philology

NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF UZBEKISTAN (TASHKENT)

NUU began its function in 1918 as People’s University. From 1920 university was named Turkistan State University, 1923 Central Asian State University, from 1960 to 2000 it was named as Tashkent State University. On 14 th of September in 1995 according to the decree of Council of Ministries of Uzbekistan university was named after Mirzo Ulugbek.

NUU was first founded not only in Uzbekistan but in whole territory. Scientists and teachers of university greatly contributed to the development of science, education and scientific researches and educational system. Considering above mentioned contributions on 28 of January in 2000 university was claimed as National University of Uzbekistan according to the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Nowadays there are 13 faculties, 45 spheres of bachelor degree, more than 100 spheres of master`s degree. National University of Uzbekistan is a basic university, which is always leader at creating State Educational Standards for universities, model of study plans and adopting them in other Universities.

1180 professors and teachers working now, among them 21 academicians, 200 doctor-professors, 550 candidates and Ph.D, more than 400 senior teachers and assistant teachers. Staffs scientific intellect is directed to the improvement of studies, methodology, scientific researches and cultural-moral affairs.
